Welcome to Ascension Academy LLC / Ascend Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, programs, courses, and digital products offered by Ascension Academy LLC and its affiliated brand, Ascend Media (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1) General Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct toward our brand, team, or clients.

2) Services Overview

We provide education, coaching, consulting, media and marketing services, including:

Online courses, memberships, and programs

Done-for-you marketing and creative services

SEO, digital advertising, and video content production (YouTube/Podcast)

Workshops, virtual/live events, and retainers

Software access, templates, toolkits, or downloads

Pricing and inclusions are shown at checkout and may change without notice.

3) Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees in full at purchase or per any payment plan.

For recurring payments, you authorize us (and processors such as Stripe/Square) to automatically charge your payment method on scheduled dates.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is received.

Payment plans are binding; ongoing non-payment may be referred to collections.

4) Refund Policy

We deliver premium educational and media services. Due to their digital/custom nature, the following applies:

A. Coaching, Consulting & Done-For-You Services

All payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun, IP has been shared, or sessions delivered.

B. Courses, Programs & Digital Products

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase only if:

You have completed less than 10% of the program and

You submit a written explanation of dissatisfaction.

Send requests to [email protected] within 7 calendar days. After that window, all sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.

C. Events & Workshops

Event/mastermind deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time credit transfer to a future event (subject to approval and availability).

D. Subscriptions & Recurring Plans

You may cancel future billing anytime prior to renewal. Past payments are non-refundable; cancellation stops future charges only.

5) Intellectual Property

All content, branding, videos, frameworks, documents, and materials are owned by Ascension Academy LLC / Ascend Media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials for commercial purposes without written consent. Violations may result in legal action.

6) Client Responsibilities

By enrolling, purchasing, or participating, you acknowledge:

Results depend on your effort, implementation, and commitment.

We do not guarantee income, performance, or specific outcomes.

You are responsible for applying the material and making your own decisions.

7) Disclaimers

Content is for educational/informational purposes only.

Nothing constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice.

You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for results.

We do not warrant that any Service will meet your expectations or produce particular outcomes.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, business, or data; or third-party platform issues (e.g., Stripe, GoHighLevel, YouTube, Zoom). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service at issue.

9) Confidentiality

We treat client information shared during coaching/consulting as confidential and will not disclose it without written consent, except as required by law.

10) Termination

We may terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive/defamatory conduct. Upon termination, all licenses and access to programs, materials, and communities cease immediately.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in San Diego County, California courts.

12) Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
